We give our students all of that. If I make everything available for free, no one will want to join our class, and then we couldn't keep buying brewing toys!

Have you thought of adding to your portfolio of books for sale to be a “digital pacakage” of all the different spreadsheet templates with the cells already set up with the math formulas and Word documents for the other business management tools? (Labor, daily sales report, GM book, repair and maintenance book, position descriptions, training checklists, daily position checklists, employee interview questions, audit reports, etc.)

Really good explanation, and really good motivation to pay attention to time efficiency on every procedure (Opening, closing, cleaning, etc.), but also leads to danger if you focus too much on reducing labor. What if one of the people that left 15 minutes early was supposed to clean the bathroom (Or ask Boeing how much they regret the safety engineer going home early before checking the door pegs). That would be a bad surprise for your first guests the next day. As always love your practical advice, keep it coming!
