Don't carbonate at all. There is a natural carbonation that is in the beer. Just fine it and then rack into a keg (let the pressure off he keg first). Set you regulator to the keg at 3 psi going to the cask breather. From there you could also use a check valve on the supply side that UK Brewing sells. Then the line just goes to the beer engine. I like the 1/4 pint pulls because there is less beer sitting in the piston in the beer engine. When you pull a pint, pull hard, but not too hard. You'll get the hang of it. Works like a charm.
