Tom - Once again another inspiring and timely message from you. We are 6 mos. into our new opening and I needed the reminders in this message giving me optimism to grind through those tougher situations... thank you!
Oh yes... employee issues, equipment hassles, dealing with the City (no lost water or sewer thank goodness), supplier interruptions, and just trying to roll with the ups and downs of customer flow/predictability. It is not as if these things are unexpected, it's just they are unpredictably and inconvenient. So it goes with owning your own business. In my case added to all that I still retain a full-time day job which doubles the workload.
