We just installed the trench drain on Friday. Putting together my 3 BBL system this week. Been doing 1/2 barrel brews for 6 months now so it’s time to step up.
I searched up your brewery as well and it looks like really nice. I see it has a more rural based location instead of in a city. By chance is your location on septic instead of municipal sewer? If so could you share how you set up your brewery to work on septic? I’m located in TN and I’ve seen some properties that could work for a small brewpub but they have been on septic though.
It was on a well and septic but I spent the money to hook up to the village sewer and water. I obtained a grant from the state that covered 1/2 the cost but it was still expensive. Ask local rural wineries or distilleries how they set their systems up. Maybe they can help. If I were to do this all again, I’d follow Tom’s advice and find someplace already on city sewer and water, like a restaurant.
Just looked it up. I think you'll do great. If you have any questions on anything you can contact me direct tom@coloradoboy.com Cheers!
That's great Joe. What's your brewery?

Hello Mr. Villacrez,
I searched up your brewery as well and it looks like really nice. I see it has a more rural based location instead of in a city. By chance is your location on septic instead of municipal sewer? Thanks and good luck!
Scott,

This article defines my philosophy to our brewery to the T.
Thank you for reaffirming what I would call a common sense approach to entrepreneurship to any type of business.
