Great info. Let say I sell some cask to a local bar and , without any clue how much Will sell, tap and vent one cask to be served on friday. They sell it on friday and want another one on saturday. How can one preoare multipal cask so they dont get ruined if they dont sell that weekend? If I tap and vent a cask but dont serve any out of it, how long can it sit?
