Thanks Tom — do you count beer in the fermenters in the inventory that aren’t “finished goods” yet?

Because I don't know exactly how much of it will be finished goods, I count the ingredients back into the inventory.

At my last job, I would mark the fermenters as “full” or “empty” and leave it there, but I agree with Tom on marking the ingredients used as wel.
