I was speaking with someone recently about cost for equipment for a packaging brewery, and once you ask this question, it only brings up many others. So I’ve been thinking about breweries in general, and how I would go about opening one up. There are three types of brewery that I want to address: Packaging Brewery, Tasting Room Brewery and Brewpub. Each one is different in costs and logistics and is too big to cover in one sitting. Rather I think I will break it up into a small paper on each beginning next week.
