When the group is going one way, turn around and go the other
The amount of cigarettes and other trash in bottles would put me off.
There are those bottles that may be bad, but in the old days, and I remember them, all bottles were cleaned and refilled. Those really bad ones, put in a separate pile and make that someone's sidework!
