Majority of the bad beer pubs/breweries that don't make it have sanitation issues in the brewery or the taps and lines.

Or they didn't train the staff to know a hefeweisen from a brown ale, and good beer from bad. So they just keep serving it.

I tried to make sure the staff knew what the beer was on tap, but I never thought to train them about what to taste and look for with bad beer. All my beer was perfect. 😁
