Are you adding any sugar or wort to the sanke keg to create a little carbonation? Or is it flat beer going into the keg and using the sparkler to form a head?

Also, by using a breather on the sanke does that allow the beer to be pulled or does the sanke need to be vented somehow while pulling pints?

No I don't prime because I am using the sparkler. It isn't flat, just. very low natural carbonation. With the breather you don't have to do anything with the keg, just treat it like a normal tap. the breather allows just enough CO2 or beer gas into the keg to take the place of. the beer that left.
