yep that's correct and it's actually bigger than ours in Ridgway. That one is 10 by 12

Tom, in an upcoming article would you please discuss your DIY design with meeting codes like emergency lighting, direct fired kettles (UL certified control panels) egress issues etc.. you know all the “nitty-gritty stuff” that actually comes up in real life when we think we’ve got all our plans “dialed in and pre-approved” until the fire inspector & over zealous inexperienced building inspectors shows up and requires changes to those same “preappoved plans”..like not allowing Cool-bots. Lol

Thanks for writing this article.

That is cool how you like the hard K sound for a business name. I read that Gordon Bowker thought that business names that had an R sound and ended in a K sound felt strong. So when he helped start his coffee company and then later a microbrewery we got Starbucks and Redhook.
