My brain is as empty as my desk. Sandy and I are are still on the road and will be back this week, but sometimes I think I’ve already shared all the basic knowledge I have about opening a brewery! Time for another ask Dr. Frankenbrew.
Please if there is something I haven’t covered, or you would like more detail just ask and I can do a proper letter next week. BTW, that’s a sweet Swiss-made Hermes Baby typewriter from 1955 on my desk. I use one of my typewriters everyday I’m home!

You are lucky Kane. Yes you should seriously consider a brewery in your suburbs. I don't know the population but every area needs a local pub to call their own. That's a huge advantage to not have any others to compete with. Go for it.
