The Business Operating System

I just finished a simple e-book on the business operation system I have been developing over the last 35 years. I made it as easy to read as possible, and also a system that will fit into virtually any business.

When we teach our immersion class, the students can’t wait to get their hands on the brewing equipment, but it’s this system that is the most important part of the class. It will, in the long run, make the business more money and help insure its longevity.
