My favorite was my own Wet Mountain IPA. But I fell in love with Mirror Pond from Deschutes too. It was just a little 10 BBBL system behind the bar. Bert Grant introduced me to his Hopzilla IPA which ripped the enamel off my teeth as well.

In my beer book collection I have Bert Grants “The Ale Master” book. Really interesting read. I would have loved to have had the opportunity to meet him and check out the original brewpub of his.

I was considering using an inkbird controller. Is there a reason for not and use Johnson controls instead?
No reason at all, but I like to wire them directly with a switch that cuts power, so I can turn it off for when I am doing CIP.
I own a copy of your Frankenbrew video and enjoy rewatching. It’s ideas/tips are still so relevant today.
I also like to think of all the 90’s beers that existed back then too!
